What guarantee do you give on your new boilers?
Unlike some of our competitiors, all of our new boilers come with a FULL 5 YEAR GUARANTEE on labour and parts.
Do you use contractors to carry out work?
No. All work is carried out by technicians employed by A1 Gas Force.
What is your call out fee?
We do not charge a call out fee.
If I have a problem, how long will a technician take to arrive?
We always aim to send a qualified technician within 24 hours.

As well as having over 23 years experience in the plumbing and heating industry, A1 Gas Force is Gas Safe registered which means you can rest assured that our technicians are fully qualified to carry out all gas related services. (Note: Gas Safe replaced CORGI in Great Britain on 1st April 2009)
I can smell gas. What should I do?
Immediately open all doors and windows in your house and do not turn on any lights or electrical equipment, which may cause a spark. Call National Grid on 0800 111 999 who will send an officer to make the situation safe and then call us to repair or replace the boiler if necessary.
